Since then, SC's dabbled in a dizzying panoply of pursuits – display design, fashion styling, mag writing, music + mORe – with experimentation an ever-occurring entity...
While completing her Bachelor of Arts, Miss C volunteered as curator of local 'underground' gallery The Lisa Marie Room: a crash course in the whole oTHeR world of westcoast 'Lowbrow' art & one she embraced with alacrity - producing events, promoting oTHER aRTisTs + throwing parties as the oRiGinaL doLLHouse diVA (uh-HUH)!
Throwing restraint to the RiFF-RaFF, she took on added tortures as FAsHion EdiToR of The Loop mag - a Labour of Love with the Lack of Lucre to match. When ousted from her 3-year 'volunteer' styling career, The Loop folded just 4 months later!
VicToRious yet DONE with green-eyed media ghouls crushing her creativity, SC ducked out of the limelight & into the land of digital daydreams with the gift of a computer from dad (film/music producer Robert C) - along with the honour of helping design + edit his 'Conductors in Conversation: The Complete Collection' - a music-minded masterpiece.
As one lifetime ended, new journeys started - supported by the superhuman strength of Marguerite, Andrew, Cath ~ + Ringz...
